A demanding route, over 15 km loop, which will take us about 3 hours. After completing the warm-up, the proposal of which is posted on the board with the route map, we set off on the trail. Initially, the course of the trail coincides with the black route. In Humniska we turn left and, reaching the Primary School, we cross the provincial road No. 886. Following the trail signs, we march to Górki, where we turn left again and return to the recreational area in Grabownica Starzeńska, where we finish our walk. The route is dedicated to people in good physical condition.
