The starting point is located in Ustjanowa, at the foot of the Żuków Range, next to the starting point of Ustrzyki Dolne Forestry Inspectorate educational trail. Having done the warm-up suggested on the information board we set off. Initially all three routes of Ustrzyki Dolne Nordic Walking Park overlap. After 400 metres the green route turns left and we start a 1km climb to the surfaced road running along the ridge of the Żuków Range. We leave the forest walking onto the road and turn left. Ahead of us a 1,5 km walk. Here there is a vantage point with a view over Teleśnica Bay, Solina Dam and Myczkowieckie Lake. Having done the exercises suggested on the board we turn left and go straight and down for about 1 km. Following the signs we turn left, pass the benches and information boards of Ustrzyki Dolne Forestry Inspectorate, cross a bridge and having walked for 5 km we close the red route at the car park at the foot of the Żuków Range. .
