An interesting 4.6km loop aimed both at the beginners as well as at the advanced Nordic walking lovers. The starting point is located in the centre of Polańczyk, in Zdrojowa Street. Having done the warm-up suggested on the information board we set off. The route goes through Cypel (the Headland) in Polańczyk towards Solina Dam. We walk along the pavement and cross Zdrojowa Street and walk down to the shore of Solina Lake. Following the route's signs along a dirt footpath we pass the amphitheatre and between the spa buildings come back to Zdrojowa Street. Following the pavement we walk to the end of Cypel and turn left. We walk a semicircle and following the route's signs we come back to the pavement along Zdrojowa Street. We walk towards the centre of Polańczyk along the alleys of the revitalised park and along a dirt road go back to the starting point.
