An interesting route in the form of a 7 kilometre loop, intended for both beginners and advanced Nordic walking enthusiasts. The entrance to the route is located in Mrzygłód, on the historic market square with original wooden buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries in a characteristic urban spatial layout. After completing the warm-up, the suggestions of which are posted on the board with the descriptions of the routes, we set off on the route. Initially, the route runs along an asphalt road to turn right at the heart rate measurement point. We go down the dirt road to Hłomcza, where there is a board with the description of exercises to be done on your won and a heart rate measurement point. After completing the exercises, we move on and, passing the historic Greek Catholic Church of the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary and fish ponds, we reach the river San. We turn right and walk south. After a dozen or so minutes, following the signs of the trail, we turn right again and along a short fragment of cobblestone near the historic church of the Sending Out of the Holy Apostles in Mrzygłód we return to the market square in Mrzygłód, where we end our walk.
