Route no 3 (black)
(length – 15.6km; estimated walking time – 2.5h)
The walk along this 15,6km route marked with black signs will take us about 2.5 hours. Having done the warm-up suggested on the board with the description of the route we set off. Walking initially along the pavement and than along a dirt road we reach a route junction where the green route turns right. We go straight and having reached the village of Rączki we cross the road no 742. We walk along the pavement and between the buildings reach the 19th c. church of St. Trinity where we turn left. Walking along a tarmac road we pass the remains of the 19th c. manor. Along a dirt road we reach a wide firebreak. To the right there is 'Biały Brzeg' scout camp, but we turn left. We have a 4km walk south along a firebreak ahead of us. We reach a tarmac road and following the route's signs pass the buildings of the village of Mrowina. We still walk along the tarmac road and after 12.7km from the beginning of the walk reach Łapczyna Wola. The remains of an Arian temple dating from the second half of the 17th c. come into sight. Having passed the temple we turn left onto the square in front of the depot. We can find here a pulse measurement point and an exercise board. Having measured the pulse and having done the exercises (4 options to choose from) we walk on. After nearly 2 km we cautiously cross the 742 and following the route's signs reach the pavement in Dobromierz. After about 400m and having walked 15.6km from the beginning of the walk we close the loop next to the depot in Dobromierz.
