Nordic Walking Park „Gmina Sanok”
Sanok Commune Nordic Walking Park is one of seven parks of this type marked out in the area of „The Green Bieszczady” Local Action Group. The Park includes one route: marked in red - a loop with a length of 7 km. The entrance to the route is located in Mrzygłód, on the historic market square with original wooden buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries in a characteristic urban spatial layout. The route was led along tarmac roads, dirt paths and a short fragment of cobblestones in the vicinity of the historic church of the Sending Out of the Holy Apostles in Mrzygłód. The proposition is aimed at nordic walking enthusiasts as well as at runners, cyclists and nordic skiers. The other six Nordic Walking Parks are located in the communes of: Czarna, Lutowiska, Olszanica, Solina, Tyrawa Wołoska and Ustrzyki Dolne. The total length of the seven Nordic Walking Parks is 117 km.
